Phil Neville and Steve Round were there at the Portugal vs Holland game. Any idea who they were there to watch? {Ed001's Note - I believe it was Coentrao.}
1.) Ed do you think this is related to Coentrao handing in a transfer request? And if not United then where else is a possibility for him to go?
Thanks. {Ed001's Note - I do think it was related, in terms of United knowing he was going to be available and so wanting a look at him at left back. Spurs are interested, as are a Turkish team. I think United would be likely to have the edge if they want him though.}

Hi ed. Any update on Modric/Coentrao/Khedira? {Ed001's Note - nothing new mate, usually it goes quiet until after the internationals as everyone is busy travelling etc. While there, they get chatting to their team mates and start considering their future, so they start pushing for moves.}

Where has all this "United to rival Real Madrid for Bale" news come from ed? Any truth in it? {Ed001's Note - I have no idea, but I don't believe there is anything in it. From what the lad himself has said in the past, I don't think he would have any interest in the move anyway. He has said he wanted to go abroad when he moves from Spurs, to test himself in a different country. So I would be very surprised, he has rejected Man City in recent times, so it is obviously not all about money for him. That is not a dig at City, by the way, just that they would have paid him far more than he is on at Spurs, with Champions League qualification and trophy challenges guaranteed too.}

Is it true that United have had an offer rejected for Morata recently? Reports suggest Real Madrid value him at €90mil. That seems a bit crazy and far fetched.

You said on the United page to ask here about Kroos. So which teams are interested in him and has Real Madrid offered him as part of a deal for another player?
{Ed002's Note - Kroos is available and interest has been shown by both Manchester clubs and Juventus but that is as far as it goes, but he was offered as part of a deal for Dybala.}
Any idea where Di Maria is heading to ed? {Ed001's Note - right now, no. I would think United must be looking elsewhere, as, similar to Thiago, they knew what to do if they wanted him this summer but have made no move to tie up a deal. Moyes obviously doesn't have the same targets as Ferguson did. I wouldn't be surprised if he sat tight this window, simply because so far the interest is from outside the Champions League places, mainly.}

{Ed001's Note - not bid, no. There were talks between the two clubs, not regarding him specifically, but in which they were made aware of his availability. So the ball is now in United's court, if they want him. }
